How we got here

Our founders came out of corporate learning teams, where the content was usually fine and the experience usually was not — wrong links, late joining details, class lists that did not match who turned up.

So we built the company around the parts most training providers treat as an afterthought: enrolment, communication and follow-through. The Manila hub exists so regional cohorts are supported in their own working day.

What we value

• Respect the learner’s time. Start on time, end on time, and never waste a session on housekeeping.
• Answer quickly. A learner’s question before a course starts deserves an answer the same day.
• Keep it small. We would rather run two cohorts of twelve than one of forty.
