How we got here

We started in 2021 around Vijay Nagar, and the first thing we had to get right was not finding people — it was proving, at the end of the week, exactly who worked where.

Today everyone on the roster has a complete file — verification, and a health card where the counter needs one — and the dates are watched so nothing lapses quietly.

What we value

• Cleared, not assumed. Nobody is sent to an outlet on a verbal assurance.
• Dates matter. An expiry noticed a month early costs nothing; noticed on the day it costs a shift.
• The outlet knows. A manager can ask who is coming and whether they are cleared, and get an answer.
